Occupational Therapy Services

Pediatric occupational therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need to grow into functional, independent adults. Physical impairment, sensory processing deficits, attention difficulties, behaviors, injuries and a host of other issues can hamper a child’s ability to perform common tasks or progress normally through the stages of social or cognitive development. The longer a child goes without learning these skills, the more the problem compounds as the child ages—which makes the skills of a pediatric occupational therapist critical to their patients.

On Track delivers personalized quality care within the child's natural environment, whether at home or in the school setting to provide a well rounded approach with everyone involved in the child's life.  On Track uses a sensory-motor approach to enhance and foster the development of children to their maximal potential.  On Track guides children to develop skills needed for everyday activities thru a multi-sensory approach.  Play skills are enhanced and used as a powerful tool to teach.  On Track believes that children learn best thru play.  LEARN TO PLAY AND PLAY TO LEARN!
