Move On Track incorporate fun cardiovascular conditioning geared for kids and their families thru dance, song, play, fitness and games. The benefits of MOVING are endless – improving coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, spatial awareness, motor planning, and endurance.i Move On Track class is stress management for kids! These classes incorporate fitness and movement with all the traditional benefits of Yoga - meditation, breathing techniques, mindfulness, peace and deep relaxation. The benefits of Yoga are endless - the power to manage stress, self-control, improve posture, self-confidence, attention/concentration, mood and behavior control, athletic performance, overall well-being and encourage a positive mindset. It’s a sensory-packed, social group, fitness class that will empower kid's minds while fueling their bodies. It a mind/body fitness class full of yoga poses, exercise, dance, games, meditation, mindfulness and FUN!
